Requirements
- Comfort designing with AI-driven capabilities and systems.
- Experience creating for emerging behaviors and new interaction paradigms.
- Ability to partner effectively with motion and interaction designers to bring experiences to life.
- Strong background in art direction and building scalable design systems.
- Prototyping in tools like Framer, ProtoPie.
- Track record of resetting expectations, scaling impactful work, and shaping behaviors.
- Experience blending art direction, motion, and systems thinking into experiences.
