About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end-to-end delivery of 1–2 large-scale complex projects or 2–3 smaller technical workstreams simultaneously.
Own the planning, execution, and quality control of all technical deliverables, ensuring they meet both client expectations and Instrument’s high standards.
Drive Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
Partner with Tech Leads to translate high-level requirements into detailed, actionable technical tickets and clear delivery roadmaps.
Act as the primary point of contact for technical stakeholders and clients, effectively communicating technical constraints and progress.
Proactively identify potential blockers, manage technical dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Maintain real-time visibility into project health, team velocity, and resource allocation, providing regular updates to leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in technical production, technical project management, or delivery management within a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of leading complex web-based or digital product projects. You should be comfortable discussing architecture, APIs, and development workflows.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience managing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to "translate" complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and pivot priorities in a dynamic, agency-style environment.
A rigorous focus on execution quality and a commitment to delivering polished, bug-free digital experiences.
