About the role
- Work with FP&A Manager on various financial reporting tasks for the parent company.
- Support budgeting and forecasting process by collecting information from subsidiaries and uploading it to the corporate reporting system.
- Collaborate with the accounting team and reconcile various revenue and expense items for the month-end close process.
- Collaborate with subsidiaries and manage intercompany transactions.
- Provide detailed analysis regarding financial statements; P&L, balance sheet and cash flow flux analysis.
- Provide trend analysis regarding top revenue clients and its profitability.
- Prepare quarterly board meeting materials, outlining not only financial outlook but future business strategy.
Requirements
- FP&A, Accounting, or Corporate Finance background
- B.S. in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Experience reconciling revenue and expense items and month-end close process
- Experience managing intercompany transactions
- Ability to provide P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis
- Ability to prepare executive reports and quarterly board materials
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex priorities independently
- Ability to collaborate with teams
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills with excellent business judgment
