About the role
- Author the test plan: scope, environments, acceptance criteria, and the browser/device matrix.
- Create and execute test cases for page shells, components/sections, navigation (header/footer), and forms.
- Accessibility validation (WCAG 2.0 AA best-effort): keyboard flows, landmarks/headings, color contrast, screen-reader spot checks.
- Cross-browser/device testing (desktop + iOS/Android modern devices); log issues with exact repro steps, screenshots/video, and environment data.
- Verify performance hygiene (no CLS on key interactions; images lazy-load; basic LCP sanity).
- Validate analytics: GA4 via GTM (pageviews, outbound/nav clicks, form events), and cookie consent behavior if enabled.
- Drive regression suites and smoke tests for each deploy; maintain a lightweight test run log.
- Partner closely with frontend devs to triage/prioritize defects and confirm fixes.
Requirements
- 5+ years QA on marketing/corporate websites; comfort testing WordPress frontends.
- Strong accessibility testing experience (keyboard, focus management, forms, ARIA patterns).
- Practical mobile testing on real devices (iOS/Android) and modern desktop browsers.
- Comfortable with dev tools: console/network, throttling, Lighthouse snapshots for sanity checks.
- GTM/GA4 validation (debug mode, event payloads); understanding of consent banner behaviors.
- Excellent defect writing: clear title, steps, actual vs expected, environment, severity/impact.
- Located in Latin America.
- Fluent English.
