About the role
- Model content with ACF Pro (repeaters, options pages, field validation) and wire to theme views
- Build responsive sections (Hero, card grids, accordions, tabs, sliders, forms) with keyboard/focus support
- Translate annotated Figma into production-ready HTML/CSS/JS
- Enforce accessibility (WCAG 2.0 AA best-effort): semantic structure, focus order, ARIA where appropriate, reduced-motion fallbacks
- Integrate Gravity Forms (validation, basic styling) and ensure GTM/GA4 events fire correctly
- Collaborate with QA on cross-browser/device compliance; fix defects and regressions quickly
- Contribute to a lightweight design system: tokens, spacing/typography scale, utilities, and documentation
- Participate in code reviews, follow branching and CI conventions, and keep work visible in tickets
