  • Validate the functionality and performance of new and existing features
  • Build and maintain automated test suites across web and internal tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, communicate, and resolve issues

Requirements

  • Proven experience in QA automation and manual testing
  • Proficiency in Python and Selenium for writing automated tests
  • Experience with API testing using Postman, and front-end debugging with DevTools
  • Familiarity with Agile workflows and tools like Jira
  • The ability to write clear, concise, and effective test cases
  • A consistent, reliable presence during work hours
  • A proactive approach to collaboration—you're comfortable reaching out to developers and teammates to flag issues and keep work moving forward
  • Strong leadership skills demonstrated through mentoring, influencing QA practices, and driving quality initiatives across teams
