About the role
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and presenting candidates.
- Schedule technical interviews, coordinating with hiring managers and candidates to ensure smooth interview logistics.
- Present shortlisted candidates to stakeholders, clearly communicating qualifications, fit, and potential impact.
- Maintain clear and ongoing communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience in the LATAM region, specifically within IT and technology profiles.
- Proven experience recruiting for a wide range of IT roles, from software engineers to data scientists, DevOps, and more.
- Strong ATS experience and the ability to effectively manage candidate pipelines.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and engaging with high-quality candidates.
