5+ years of technical recruitment experience in the LATAM region, specifically within IT and technology profiles.
Proven experience recruiting for a wide range of IT roles, from software engineers to data scientists, DevOps, and more.
Strong ATS experience and the ability to effectively manage candidate pipelines.
Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and engaging with high-quality candidates.
