About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a personal injury caseload in partnership with the assigned attorney
Support cases involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and other plaintiff PI matters
Track deadlines, case progress, medical records, PIP issues, and documentation needs
Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and internal team members
Prepare and organize case materials for attorney review, demand packages, and litigation needs
Help keep cases moving efficiently from intake through resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years of personal injury paralegal experience
New Jersey personal injury experience
Working knowledge of NJ and PA PIP laws
Experience obtaining, reviewing, and organizing medical records
Familiarity with medical billing and insurance documentation
Ability to manage deadlines and case flow with limited hand-holding
Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients
