Requirements

  • Active Arizona Bar membership
  • Proven or emerging skills in Title 14 litigation (trusts, probate, guardianship, conservatorship under Arizona law)
  • Excellent client communication skills
  • Detail oriented, adaptable, able to stay organized amid shifting deadlines
  • Tech savvy, comfortable picking up new legal tools
  • Self starter mindset with a commitment to long term growth and legacy-building
  • (Nice to have) Hands on experience with depositions, hearings, and plea/defense drafting
  • (Nice to have) Background in estate planning or related areas
  • (Nice to have) Familiarity with recent legislative updates to Arizona’s Title 14 (e.g., SB 1291 effective October 30, 2023)
