About the role

  • Analyze and document business processes, identify automation candidates, and quantify impact.
  • Gather requirements with business and IT stakeholders and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
  • Develop, test, and deploy RPA automations (Automation Anywhere preferred).
  • Facilitate workshops and walkthroughs to align stakeholders, manage expectations, and drive adoption.
  • Maintain solution documentation, runbooks, and handover materials.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 2 years of experience working with automation and/or RPA delivery.
  • Experience developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions (Automation Anywhere is preferred).
  • Process analysis and documentation experience (AS-IS, TO-BE, swimlanes, SOPs).
  • Requirements engineering experience: elicitation, structuring, and writing technical specifications.
  • Comfortable presenting technical topics clearly and adapting communication to different audiences.
  • Comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders and keeping alignment across the project lifecycle.
  • Nice to have: basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or HTML.
