About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Configure, manage, and maintain Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) and Panorama.
Create and enforce security policies, including NAT, rules, VPN, and URL filtering.
Identify and resolve network security, traffic inspection, and connectivity issues.
Deploy security solutions (intrusion detection/prevention) to protect data centers.
Utilize scripting (Python, bash) and API integration to automate tasks and optimize configurations.
Ensure adherence to industry best practices and maintain compliance documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5+ years of network security experience, specifically with Palo Alto Networks technologies.
Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), MPLS, and VRF.
Experience with threat intelligence, WildFire, GlobalProtect, and Azure/AWS security integration.
B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
