About the role
- Develop detailed project schedules, monitor workflows, and track milestones.
- Act as the primary contact for team members, communicating updates, risks, and changes.
- Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and status reports.
- Coordinate technical resources, order equipment, and assist with software/hardware installation.
- Ensure project adherence to budget and scope constraints
- Monitor resource availability, order necessary hardware/software, and track project expenditures against the budget.
- Identify technical bottlenecks or schedule slippages and escalate complex issues to senior management or project managers.
- Assist in installing software/hardware, gathering technical requirements, or conducting quality assurance testing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in project support or technical infrastructure roles
- Certifications like CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), PMP, or Agile/Scrum are highly preferred
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Asana, Trello, ServiceNow) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) is essential
- Ability to obtain and maintain a clearance would be required
