30% - Financial underwriting collections for renewal, mid-term, red flag, and interval accounts; including further underwriting follow up, and customer service notifications. Financial underwriting collections on claims accounts as experience allows.
40% - Assist Underwriting management in various projects and collateral notifications, including but not limited to sufficiency project, se/ee/tib projects, ILOC non-renewals, ILOC release requests, ILOC cancellation notices. Assist Claims management in handling of bond claims notifications and processes.
25% - Pre-Screen new business, bond modifications, and claims accounts.
5% - Research & Administrative duties
