About the role
- You are the face of our company as the first point of contact for potential customers and partners who reach out to truckoo.
- You develop a comprehensive understanding of our tech platform, know our customers, and understand the unique advantages truckoo offers.
- You qualify prospects via email or phone, engage with decision-makers on equal footing, and lay the successful foundation for long-term partnerships.
- Your primary goal is to handle customer inquiries using modern sales techniques and successfully close deals.
- You play an essential role not only in building the sales pipeline but also in advancing partnerships through targeted sales initiatives.
Requirements
- Ideally, you have experience with telephone outbound and/or inbound sales activities and contacting prospective customers across multiple channels.
- You are persuasive, highly self-motivated, and enjoy interacting with customers.
- Confidence, strong communication skills, a high level of commitment, and solution-oriented thinking are also among your strengths.
- You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
