Contribute to Pre-packaging (title and thumbnail concepts) for your videos
Track performance and review retention data of your edits
Pay close attention to comments on Facebook and Instagram
You will maintain a 5 video buffer for the team's content (stay 5 videos ahead of uploads at all time)
Improve Link Click Through Rate by 0.5% Channel wide on ads

Deep understanding of the Facebook and Instagram Advertising space – Hooks, storytelling, pacing, and strategy
Versatility with multiple video formats (talking head, vlog)
Strong motion graphics background
Experience with sound design and leveling
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven success on Facebook and Instagram as the editor for a growing channel
Speed and clarity in communication (primarily in Slack)
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with an openness to change
4+ years of relevant experience in Facebook and Instagram video production
