About the role
- Customer contact during order processing, from order receipt to final acceptance of the safety system.
- Project management and coordination of all involved trades, partners and internal interfaces.
- Monitoring the implementation of safety-compliant working processes.
- Assessment and integration of technical deviations during project execution.
- Central point of contact for customers on technical matters and change processes.
- Participation in construction/site meetings.
- Ensuring schedule, cost and quality targets and documenting project progress.
- Optimization of systems and professional customer acceptance procedures.
Requirements
- Completed technical training in Electrical Engineering, Power Supply Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related field; ideally with further training as a technician or a degree in engineering.
- Proven experience in project coordination and management of complex assignments, preferably in fire protection or smoke extraction/smoke control.
- Independent working style, strong teamwork skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Customer-focused with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel throughout Germany.
