About the role

  • Creation of wiring diagrams, circuit diagrams and layout plans for control cabinet construction using the ProPlan Amperesoft CAD system
  • Planning and execution of large-scale electrical engineering projects
  • Close collaboration with project management in all project phases
  • Technical procurement as well as determination and scheduling of material requirements
  • Communication and coordination with suppliers
  • Occasional on-site support of designed systems at construction sites through successful commissioning
  • Development and modification of PLC programs for automation technology

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in electrical engineering with further qualification, e.g. state-certified technician (Staatlich geprüfter Techniker) or B.Eng.
  • Several years of professional experience in electrical design, ideally in control cabinet construction or comparable projects
  • Practical experience in project coordination and handling complex tasks
  • Knowledge of PLC programming (e.g. Siemens S7, Codesys) is desirable
  • Independent, structured working style combined with strong team skills
  • Customer orientation, strong communication skills and a confident manner
