About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide high-quality document production support to fee earners across the firm
  • Produce, amend and format complex legal documents, correspondence and reports
  • Proofread and quality-check work for accuracy and consistency
  • Create and amend electronic bundles and bibles
  • Manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Work closely with fee earners to deliver a professional and efficient service
  • Support continuous improvement of the Document Production Centre
  • Work 20 hours per week on the standard shift of 4pm–8pm, Monday to Friday

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous document production experience
  • Typing speed of 60+ wpm
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience formatting complex legal documents
  • Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Strong communication and organisational abilities
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Availability to work 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 4pm–8pm
