About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the firm's client onboarding and compliance processes.
  • Assist with AML checks and client due diligence reviews.
  • Conduct client and matter research using screening tools and databases.
  • Verify information submitted by fee earners and support staff.
  • Respond to enquiries and provide guidance throughout the onboarding process.
  • Carry out conflicts searches and identify potential issues.
  • Support the wider Risk & Compliance Team with administrative and compliance-related tasks.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduate, or previous compliance experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Well organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
  • Positive, adaptable and eager to learn.
  • Candidates are subject to employment screening background checks, including personal details, education and employment history, professional qualifications, and credit and criminal checks as appropriate.
