About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the firm's client onboarding and compliance processes
- Assist with AML checks and client due diligence reviews
- Conduct client and matter research using screening tools and databases
- Verify information submitted by fee earners and support staff
- Respond to enquiries and provide guidance throughout the onboarding process
- Carry out conflicts searches and identify potential issues
- Support the wider Risk & Compliance Team with administrative and compliance-related tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate, or previous compliance experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Well organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
- Positive, adaptable and eager to learn
- Candidates are subject to employment screening background checks, including personal details, education and employment history, professional qualifications, and credit and criminal checks as appropriate
