About the role

  • Develop deep understanding of Troopr’s product and how it solves customer pain points.
  • Analyze and document all possible user workflows
  • Organize the product's information and features in a logical and intuitive manner
  • Create user experiences that simplifies complex workflows into intuitive and efficient interactions.
  • Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes that visualize and communicate design concepts.
  • Establish and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across all aspects of the product.
  • Collaborate closely with founders, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products.
  • Lead and mentor junior designers.
  • Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for design team members.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of professional B2B SaaS product design experience
  • Worked on designing complex technical software products
  • High levels of proficiency in using Figma for designing, prototyping and engineering handoff
