About the role
- Lead and support end-to-end implementations of HR and Learning technologies (Workday®, SumTotal, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, etc.)
- Partner with clients to define business processes and system requirements
- Translate customer goals into system configurations and process improvements
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to drive adoption
- Collaborate with technical teams (onshore/offshore) for development and integrations
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and testing cycles to ensure smooth go-lives
- Continuously optimize client systems post-implementation for performance and scalability
Requirements
- 2+ years in consulting, implementation, or system delivery roles (preferably HR or LMS tech)
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, testing, and process design
- Hands-on knowledge of HRIS, LMS, or Talent systems such as Workday, SumTotal, or Cornerstone
- Excellent client communication, project coordination, and presentation skills
- Comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to travel occasionally and manage multiple client projects
