About the role

  • Lead and support end-to-end implementations of HR and Learning technologies (Workday®, SumTotal, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, etc.)
  • Partner with clients to define business processes and system requirements
  • Translate customer goals into system configurations and process improvements
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to drive adoption
  • Collaborate with technical teams (onshore/offshore) for development and integrations
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and testing cycles to ensure smooth go-lives
  • Continuously optimize client systems post-implementation for performance and scalability

Requirements

  • 2+ years in consulting, implementation, or system delivery roles (preferably HR or LMS tech)
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, testing, and process design
  • Hands-on knowledge of HRIS, LMS, or Talent systems such as Workday, SumTotal, or Cornerstone
  • Excellent client communication, project coordination, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Ability to travel occasionally and manage multiple client projects
