About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Content Creation: You will conceptualize and produce content for our social media channels.
  • Content Editing: You will independently edit photo and video material (e.g., in CapCut or Premiere) and adapt it for different formats such as posts, reels, or stories — including suitable captions.
  • Storytelling: You will develop creative concepts with us that make our brand emotionally engaging and encourage sharing.
  • Content Planning: You will support the planning of our content calendar, monitor trends, and develop new ideas tailored to our target audience.
  • Community Management: You will assist in managing our social media accounts and actively engage with our community.
  • On Tour: You enjoy being on the move — whether at our on-site classes or special events like a store opening in another city. A willingness to travel occasionally is required.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Enrolled student: You must be enrolled for the entire duration of the position (requirement for a working-student role).
  • Social media expertise: Ideally you have some initial experience in social media and content creation and are very familiar with Instagram, TikTok & Co.
  • Confident on camera: You are open, proactive, comfortable approaching people, and enjoy conducting interviews or speaking spontaneously with participants.
  • Content creation & editing: You have experience producing and editing photo and video material.
  • Willingness to travel: Occasional assignments outside your hub (e.g., store openings) are not a problem for you.
  • Work style & mindset: - Reliable and structured - Strong communication skills - Team player - You are genuinely excited about the job and want to grow with us.
