About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the team of Analysts
Maintain work pace and operational discipline
Deliver and complete the setup of the working methodology, processes and tools
Create controls for day-to-day operations
Perform managerial analyses, results and KPI management
Manage cash and cash flow projections
Participate in weekly meetings and monthly closing meetings with clients
Ensure client satisfaction through monthly NPS evaluation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience as a Controller, Senior Analyst or Finance Manager
Familiarity with financial operational routines
Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets
Knowledge of SaaS business models
Experience in FP&A
Advanced knowledge of legal, tax and accounting aspects
Familiarity with the use, features, and value propositions of financial SaaS tools on the market
Intermediate English
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance is a plus
Knowledge of the startup market and ecosystem
