About the role
- Execute end-to-end financial routines (accounts payable/accounts receivable and cash flow)
- Ensure administrative processes operate accurately and efficiently
- Control and monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow
- Support preparation of managerial financial reports (P&L/Income Statement, cash flow, KPIs and projections)
- Assist in preparing and monitoring the budget and forecast
- Reconcile bank accounts and analyze financial variances
- Monitor delinquent accounts and support collections strategies
- Perform cost, expense and profitability analyses
- Support monthly financial close processes
- Liaise with accounting, tax and other internal departments
- Ensure the organization and reliability of financial information
- Propose improvements to financial processes and internal controls
- Contribute to the evolution of the FinDrive product by providing feedback from real client operations to the product/technology team
Requirements
- Previous experience in operational financial routines (accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, collections, reconciliation, cash flow)
- Advanced Google Sheets skills
- Desirable knowledge of tax and accounting aspects
- Understanding of the utility, features and value propositions of market financial SaaS tools
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields
- Knowledge of the startup market and ecosystem (preferred)
- Experience working remotely (preferred)
- Intermediate English (a plus)
