About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a high‑precision aerospace manufacturing site.
  • Stabilize operations and strengthen leadership bench talent.

  • Ensure on time delivery, first‑time quality, and cost‑effective production of flight‑critical components.

  • Accountable for the day-to-day decisions impacting the quality, efficiency, and profitability of the overall site.
  • Ensure compliance with all government, financial, environmental, and labor regulations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in engineering or operations.
  • Minimum of 15 years’ progressive management and/or operations leadership
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the aerospace industry
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience managing people.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship on a continual and on-going basis.
