About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a high‑precision aerospace manufacturing site.
- Stabilize operations and strengthen leadership bench talent.
- Drive performance in quality, delivery, cost, and culture.
- Ensure on time delivery, first‑time quality, and cost‑effective production of flight‑critical components.
- Lead and develop teams across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, HR, Facilities, and other support functions.
- Accountable for the day-to-day decisions impacting the quality, efficiency, and profitability of the overall site.
- Ensure compliance with all government, financial, environmental, and labor regulations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in engineering or operations.
- Minimum of 15 years’ progressive management and/or operations leadership
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the aerospace industry
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing people.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship on a continual and on-going basis.
