Key responsibilities & impact

Dive into the heart of our manufacturing operations.
Act as the bridge between our internal technical teams and our external clients.
Rotate through key departments including Procurement, Stores & Inventory, Assembly & Test, Quality Assurance, and Shipping & Logistics.
Prepare and deliver a formal presentation to the Senior Staff at the conclusion of your internship, providing an overview of the inter-departmental dependencies you discovered.
Identify one area for process improvement and share how this 'floor-to-office' perspective will shape your career in Account Management.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Business, Marketing, Manufacturing, or a related technical field from a college or university.
Strong academic record (e.g., minimum GPA of 3.0 or as specified by the company).
Basic understanding of common shop tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, calipers, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment.
