About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Dive into the heart of our manufacturing operations.
  • Act as the bridge between our internal technical teams and our external clients.
  • Rotate through key departments including Procurement, Stores & Inventory, Assembly & Test, Quality Assurance, and Shipping & Logistics.
  • Prepare and deliver a formal presentation to the Senior Staff at the conclusion of your internship, providing an overview of the inter-departmental dependencies you discovered.
  • Identify one area for process improvement and share how this 'floor-to-office' perspective will shape your career in Account Management.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Business, Marketing, Manufacturing, or a related technical field from a college or university.
  • Strong academic record (e.g., minimum GPA of 3.0 or as specified by the company).
  • Basic understanding of common shop tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, calipers, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment.
