About the role
- Lead the games portfolio of Zephyr Mobile and own initiatives across the studio's portfolio of hit mobile games.
- Shape UA strategy, product innovation, adtech, monetisation, measurement, and creative development across multiple game genres (IAA, IAP, Hybrid).
- Own and optimise several multi-million-dollar marketing budgets and set strategic direction for growth efforts.
- Lead and mentor a team of UA specialists and internal creative team focused on user acquisition and retention.
- Use data to generate actionable insights and inform experimentation across UA, monetisation and product.
- Monitor market intelligence: trends, competitors, and emerging genres; adopt innovative mechanics and tools.
- Financial planning: marketing budget forecasting, allocation, and revenue planning to maximize growth efficiency and profitability.
- Guide development of analytics, BI, and adtech infrastructure to ensure end-to-end data visibility.
- Lead cross-functional projects with Product, Design, and Analytics and build partnerships with ad networks, stores, platforms, and external partners.
Requirements
- Extensive expertise: 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or product marketing roles.
- Proven leadership: Strong track record leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Cross-functional success: Experience in driving initiatives in collaboration with Product, UA, Creative, and Analytics.
- Business impact: Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes through bold growth experiments.
- Strategic thinking: Experience developing and executing successful growth strategies in mobile gaming or related industries.
- An analytical mindset with strong decision-making and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong understanding of LTV modelling, mobile attribution, and performance data.
- A comfort level operating with autonomy and influencing senior stakeholders.
