• Use data to uncover opportunities and inform experimentation across UA, monetisation and product.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging genres; adopt innovative mechanics and tools.
• Guide development of analytics, BI and adtech infrastructure to ensure end-to-end data visibility.
• Manage internal creative team to innovate ad content and drive creative excellence.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Analytics to launch high-impact cross-functional initiatives.
