About the role
- Own growth strategies: Lead a team of UA specialists and own UA and organic growth strategies across multiple top-performing titles.
- Manage major budgets: Own and optimise several multi-million-dollar marketing budgets.
- Generate actionable insights: Use data to uncover opportunities and inform experimentation across UA, monetisation and product.
- Market intelligence: Continuously monitor trends, competitors, and emerging genres; rapidly adopt innovative mechanics and tools.
- Financial planning: Own marketing budget forecasting, allocation, and revenue planning to maximise growth efficiency and profitability.
- Data infrastructure: Monitor and guide development of analytics, BI, and adtech infrastructure to guarantee end-to-end data visibility.
- Drive creative excellence: Manage internal creative team to innovate ad content.
- Lead cross-functional projects: Partner with Product, Design, and Analytics to launch high-impact initiatives.
- Partnerships: Build strategic relationships with ad networks, stores, platforms, and external partners.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or product marketing roles.
- Proven leadership: Strong track record leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Cross-functional experience: Experience driving initiatives with Product, UA, Creative, and Analytics.
- Business impact: Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes through bold growth experiments.
- Strategic thinking: Experience developing and executing growth strategies in mobile gaming or related industries.
- Analytical mindset with strong decision-making and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong understanding of LTV modelling, mobile attribution, and performance data.
- Comfortable operating with autonomy and influencing senior stakeholders.
