About the role

  • Manage the full playable ads creative process, from initial idea through final brief, tailored to specific games and marketing objectives.
  • Partner with external agencies: review concepts, clarify details, provide feedback, and ensure creative and technical requirements are met.
  • Be accountable for playable ads creative performance and results.
  • Conduct market research to stay up to date on trends and best practices for high-performing playable ads across different channels.
  • Take initiative in proposing and leading experiments, supporting ideas with research and insights.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Creative Producer or Marketing Creative Producer within the mobile gaming industry.
  • Experience writing scripts and briefs for playable ads;
  • Understanding of interactive playable ad formats and how they differ from gameplay video creatives.
  • Good understanding of mobile marketing metrics and the ability to analyse and communicate creative performance.
  • Knowledge of current trends in mobile gaming and mobile advertising.
  • Strong attention to detail and good time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant creative work, ideally including playable ads.
