About the role

  • Work closely with a Product Director and Senior Product Managers to support both feature development and new games ideation.
  • Assist in writing product requirements, defining scopes, and maintaining clarity across teams.
  • Help track progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure features ship on time.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of short- to mid-term roadmaps (3–6 months).
  • Help manage backlogs, prioritisation, and sprint planning alongside the team.
  • Learn how product decisions are made using data, player feedback, and business goals.
  • Analyse game data, player behaviour, and experiment results to support product decisions through tools such as Looker, Tableau, Gount, Redash, Excel and SQL.
  • Prepare insights, summaries, and recommendations for product reviews.
  • Measure and monitor key product KPIs including retention, monetisation, and engagement, and support the definition of new metrics to evaluate feature and game performance.
  • Assist in the development and rollout of features, events, and live-ops content.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in mobile games and product development.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with data (Excel/Sheets required; SQL is a plus).
  • Ability to break down complex problems and ask good questions.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • 2 years experience in product, games, tech, consulting, or analytics.
  • Experience with mobile games, live ops, or F2P mechanics.
