• - Steer the strategic direction and alignment of AI work and act as a technical decision-maker for AI architecture and implementation.
• - Lead the development and deployment of new AI products, workflows applied research prototypes and experiments, contributing both development and technical expertise.
• - Drive strong fast technical execution from the AI team, applying best software engineering and AI/ML development practices.
• - Establish a collaborative generative AI ecosystem, collaborating closely with the games, marketing, and platform teams to identify opportunities and deliver scalable AI solutions that drive business value.
• - Monitor and evaluate generative AI experiments, focusing on generative game creation enablement and the exploration of emerging AI technologies.
• - Build organizational capacity for exploration and experimentation with cutting edge applied AI research techniques that enable us to understand what the future of gaming in the age of AI might be.
• - Evangelise AI internally through demos, presentations, and knowledge sharing. Mentor developers, creatives and team members on using AI tools and integrating them into their workflows.
• - Establish ways of keeping up with the relevant technology, best practices and applied research continuously emerging in the industry.
