About the role
- Own and optimize marketing funnel reporting, from first touch through revenue
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to ensure clean handoffs and consistent data
- Maintain and improve CRM and marketing automation workflows (HubSpot)
- Monitor campaign performance, attribution, and conversion rates, surfacing actionable insights
- Build dashboards and reports that enable leadership to make fast, confident decisions
- Support marketing process updates and list imports for webinars, tradeshows, dinners, and other field or lifecycle marketing initiatives
- Ensure accurate lead ingestion, enrichment, and lifecycle tracking across all event-driven campaigns
- Support lead management processes, including scoring, routing, and lifecycle definitions
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities across tools, processes, and data
- Help implement and document scalable RevOps best practices as the company grows
- Support system integrations used by the Marketing Team
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related role
- Strong working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot experience a plus)
- A data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing funnels, attribution, and performance metrics
- Ability to translate messy data into clear insights and recommendations
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Ops teams
- High attention to detail paired with a bias toward action
- Comfort moving quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Curiosity, ownership, and a genuine desire to make systems, and teams, better
