About the role
- Own the execution of ANZ-based events, including sponsorships, hosted events, and partner activations.
- Localise and adapt US-provided assets and playbooks for regional audiences.
- Drive integrated event campaigns across pre-, during-, and post-event phases to maximise attendance, engagement, and pipeline contribution.
- Build and maintain relationships with key ANZ partners to deliver co-marketing initiatives.
- Execute partner-led webinars, workshops, and co-branded activations using global frameworks and assets.
- Track and report on ROI of partner campaigns in alignment with global strategy.
- Ensure ANZ sales, partner, and customer-facing teams are equipped with the latest marketing content and product messaging.
- Act as the main conduit for US marketing initiatives into ANZ, ensuring seamless communication and adoption.
- Partner with sales, customer success, and other in-region stakeholders to align marketing programmes with business goals.
- Provide feedback and insights from ANZ to influence global strategy.
- Represent the “voice of ANZ” within the global ecosystem marketing team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on events, partner marketing, or product marketing enablement.
- Proven ability to localise and execute global marketing strategies in ANZ.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communicator, adept at tailoring global assets for regional use.
- Comfortable working independently within a fast-paced, global marketing organisation.
