About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform installation, integration, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of Trio Mobil devices and systems at customer sites
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for industrial IoT and safety solutions
Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues in the field
Support hardware and system commissioning processes for customer deployments
Conduct field measurements, device testing, and system verification activities
Collaborate closely with technical support, engineering, and project teams
Prepare service reports and maintain technical documentation
Deliver high-quality technical support and maintain strong customer relationships during onsite operations
Travel frequently within Germany and occasionally across Europe when required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree from a Technical Vocational School or Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Telecommunications or related technical disciplines
Fluency in German and English is required
Hands-on experience in field service, installation, maintenance, or technical support roles
Experience with vehicle electronics, industrial machinery, automation systems, telematics, IoT devices, or industrial safety systems is highly preferred
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently in field environments
Flexible and adaptable to dynamic operational environments
Willingness to travel extensively
Valid driver’s license and active driving experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
