About the role

  • New customer acquisition (B2B and B2C): starter sets, Ingies and care boosters
  • Product presentations to customers — from first introduction to closing
  • Building and maintaining a loyal customer base
  • Product demonstrations and promotions to increase sales
  • Actively gather market and customer feedback and feed it into the sales process

Requirements

  • Experienced freelance sales agents (as per §84 HGB) with proof of business registration
  • Experience in direct sales and/or as a sales representative
  • Enthusiasm for beauty, wellness, lifestyle and sustainable products
  • Sales talent with a strong closing orientation
  • Independent, structured working style and the motivation to help build a new brand
  • Ideally with an existing customer base or access to relevant sales channels
