About the role

  • Deliver on ambitious growth targets through net new logo acquisition.
  • Establish and expand relationships with regional/community health systems and regional health plans (e.g., Blue Cross Blue Shield).
  • Position Trinetix as a trusted partner by articulating our domain-first approach, AI-driven innovation, and design/engineering leadership.
  • Build and execute account plans, go-to-market strategies, and solution proposals that drive measurable outcomes for clients.
  • Own and manage P&L responsibilities, ensuring profitable, sustainable growth.
  • Partner with delivery, design, and engineering leaders to ensure seamless execution and long-term client value.
  • Represent Trinetix at industry forums, thought leadership events, and conferences.
  • Mentor and guide sales talent to help scale a high-performance commercial team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare IT services, including 7+ years of proven success in sales.
  • Experience in solution and consulting-led sales, account management and growth, and business development will be highly valued.
  • Deep knowledge and senior-level relationships in the provider, payer, or health tech markets.
  • Track record of selling IT service solutions into complex healthcare organizations.
  • Demonstrated success with regional/community health systems and regional health plans.
  • Strong background in hunting / net new business development.
  • Experience with P&L ownership, forecasting, and financial accountability.
  • Highly analytical, aggressive, and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence.
  • Based in the Nashville area with the ability to travel as required (up to 25%).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
