Build and execute account plans, go-to-market strategies, and solution proposals that drive measurable outcomes for clients.
Own and manage P&L responsibilities, ensuring profitable, sustainable growth.
Partner with delivery, design, and engineering leaders to ensure seamless execution and long-term client value.
Represent Trinetix at industry forums, thought leadership events, and conferences.
Mentor and guide sales talent to help scale a high-performance commercial team.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in healthcare IT services, including 7+ years of proven success in sales.
Experience in solution and consulting-led sales, account management and growth, and business development will be highly valued.
Deep knowledge and senior-level relationships in the provider, payer, or health tech markets.
Track record of selling IT service solutions into complex healthcare organizations.
Demonstrated success with regional/community health systems and regional health plans.
Strong background in hunting / net new business development.
Experience with P&L ownership, forecasting, and financial accountability.
Highly analytical, aggressive, and growth-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and executive presence.
Based in the Nashville area with the ability to travel as required (up to 25%).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
