About the role

  • - Manage user access, roles, profiles, and permission sets to ensure proper governance, data security, and compliance
  • - Configure and maintain Salesforce automation tools, including Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes
  • - Perform data management tasks such as data imports, deduplication, data quality checks, and building advanced reports & dashboards for business insights
  • - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot platform issues, and ensure stable and efficient Salesforce operations
  • - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • - Support ongoing enhancements and participate in monthly release cycles, including testing, deployment, and documentation

Requirements

  • **
  • - 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • - Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • - Strong proficiency with Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes
  • - Proven ability to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
  • - Solid understanding of Salesforce security model (Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Permission Sets)
  • - Experience creating complex reports and dashboards
  • - At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
  • **Nice-to-Haves **
  • - Salesforce Administrator Certification (Admin / Advanced Admin)
  • - Experience with additional Salesforce products or integrations
  • - Familiarity with DevOps or release management tools (Gearset, Copado)
  • - Understanding of Apex or LWC for basic troubleshooting
