About the role

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior IT roles
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and priorities
  • Act as a primary point of contact for hiring managers and client stakeholders, building strong and trusted relationships
  • Proactively source and engage top IT talent across multiple channels
  • Maintain accurate ATS records and provide clear feedback to stakeholders
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional, timely communication
  • Act as a brand ambassador and support employer branding initiatives, including recruitment marketing and candidate-facing content
  • Provide market insights to improve talent attraction and employer positioning

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Senior IT Recruiter or in a similar role
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with pre-sales recruitment activities
  • High ownership, accountability, and decision-making capability
  • Excellent attention to detail when managing candidates, documentation, and ATS data
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Working experience with international markets /clients (US, LATAM, Europe)
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher (written and spoken)
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office tools and ATS systems
