About the role
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior IT roles
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Act as a primary point of contact for hiring managers and client stakeholders, building strong and trusted relationships
- Proactively source and engage top IT talent across multiple channels
- Maintain accurate ATS records and provide clear feedback to stakeholders
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional, timely communication
- Act as a brand ambassador and support employer branding initiatives, including recruitment marketing and candidate-facing content
- Provide market insights to improve talent attraction and employer positioning
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Senior IT Recruiter or in a similar role
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with pre-sales recruitment activities
- High ownership, accountability, and decision-making capability
- Excellent attention to detail when managing candidates, documentation, and ATS data
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Working experience with international markets /clients (US, LATAM, Europe)
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher (written and spoken)
- Confident user of Microsoft Office tools and ATS systems
