About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams through the full project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain detailed project resource plans using Azure DevOps.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with SI team and project management team to ensure project alignment with project goals and capacity.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and track action items.
- Support change management and training efforts related to project deliverables.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in industrial or technology environments
- Proven history of using excellent problem-solving skills to address project resource constraints and conflicts
- Experience delivering projects utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- PMP, CSM, or other related certifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.
