About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the drafting and development of contract drawings, reports, and specifications for wastewater projects
Prepare and review engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Assist with the design and analysis of wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment systems
Perform hydraulic modeling and system evaluations
Prepare engineering calculations and technical reports
Support project management tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordination
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies
Conduct field visits and support construction administration activities as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
3–6 years of relevant wastewater engineering experience
Strong experience in drafting and preparation of contract documents
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Experience with hydraulic modeling software (e.g., WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, or similar) is preferred
Familiarity with wastewater system design and engineering principles
Strong analytical, organizational, writing, and communication skills
Engineering-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred
