About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead innovative wastewater projects and ensure efficient, profitable, and timely execution
- Act as the primary client contact and generate leads
- Build and maintain client relationships

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil engineering or similar degree with appropriate experience
- 10 years of experience in Project Management
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- Navigate Illinois Environmental Protection Agency regulations with ease
- Proven business development and client relationship management skills
- Familiarity with wastewater processes, methods, and state and federal requirements
- Proficient in engineering software
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
