About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and manage the full proposal lifecycle from kickoff to submission
  • Develop, write, edit, and format proposals and qualifications packages
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and deadlines
  • Collaborate with technical staff to gather project information and tailor content
  • Maintain and update proposal materials, resumes, and project descriptions
  • Assist with presentations, marketing materials, and branding efforts
  • Coordinate and maintain state DOT pre-qualifications and related documentation
  • Prepare and submit award applications, including ENR, Hot Firms, and Best Places to Work programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field
  • Excellent written, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Experience with Adobe programs and/or Canva preferred
  • Experience responding to RFPs/RFQs, preferably in the A/E/C industry
  • Familiarity with proposal processes for public sector clients is a plus
