About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead drainage discipline engineering teams for transportation projects
  • Coordinate with other discipline leads
  • Integral member of the project delivery team
  • Lead drainage/hydraulic design, analysis, studies, reports, plans, specifications, and quantity tasks
  • Knowledge and experience with Microstation, OpenRoads, and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Work effectively as a team leader in a group environment
  • Ability and commitment to be assigned to local and Rocky Mountain Region wide projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current PE license, preferred state(s): UT, NV, AZ, ID, CO, NM, WA
  • 10+ years of leading drainage design for infrastructure projects
  • 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience
  • Must be able to work effectively as a team leader in a group environment and maintain positive relationships with team members and clients
  • Outstanding client and personnel skills and the ability to persuasively communicate at all levels
  • Organized and detail-oriented
