About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and work breakdown structures (WBS) for civil and transportation projects.
- Help prepare project status reports, cost/schedule variance analyses, and dashboards for project managers and clients.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other disciplines to ensure project controls data is accurate, current, and actionable.
- Help identify opportunities to improve project tracking tools, templates, and workflows across civil and transportation project teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 0–4 years of experience; recent graduates with relevant coursework or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) is a plus; willingness to learn is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
