About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and work breakdown structures (WBS) for civil and transportation projects.
Help prepare project status reports, cost/schedule variance analyses, and dashboards for project managers and clients.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other disciplines to ensure project controls data is accurate, current, and actionable.
Help identify opportunities to improve project tracking tools, templates, and workflows across civil and transportation project teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

0–4 years of experience; recent graduates with relevant coursework or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) is a plus; willingness to learn is essential.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
