About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and iterate on high-quality Power BI reports and dashboards at scale
Translate business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly visualizations
Develop and leverage semantic models to support reporting needs
Build reporting solutions against Snowflake data and optimize performance for high-usage scenarios
Implement row-level security (RLS) and contribute to scalable, governed data access patterns
Assist in establishing deployment pipelines and promotion processes across development, testing, and production environments
Help define and implement best practices for report development, organization, and governance
Build and support automation workflows to replicate legacy reporting processes (e.g., scheduled delivery, data blending)
Partner closely with client teams through collaborative working sessions and knowledge sharing
Contribute to documentation, reusable patterns, and migration playbooks to support long-term client self-sufficiency
