Business Unit Director

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build strong long-term relationships with customers, partners and the wider technology community
- Help identify, shape and win new business opportunities
- Support strategic consulting conversations, proposals and customer engagements
- Grow the visibility and reputation of Trifork within the UK market
- Lead and support a high-performing team of consultants and engineers
- Foster a collaborative, low-ego and people-first culture
- Oversee successful delivery across customer engagements
- Help maintain high standards across engineering, consulting and delivery
- Own the operational and commercial health of the business unit
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience leading within a software consultancy, technology business or modern engineering organisation
- Demonstrable commercial ownership and P&L responsibility
- Strong relationship-building and business development capability
- Technical credibility and understanding of modern software engineering environments
- Experience balancing commercial growth, delivery and people leadership
- An existing network within the UK technology ecosystem would be a strong advantage
