Key responsibilities & impact

Build strong long-term relationships with customers, partners and the wider technology community
Help identify, shape and win new business opportunities
Support strategic consulting conversations, proposals and customer engagements
Grow the visibility and reputation of Trifork within the UK market
Lead and support a high-performing team of consultants and engineers
Foster a collaborative, low-ego and people-first culture
Oversee successful delivery across customer engagements
Help maintain high standards across engineering, consulting and delivery
Own the operational and commercial health of the business unit

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience leading within a software consultancy, technology business or modern engineering organisation
Demonstrable commercial ownership and P&L responsibility
Strong relationship-building and business development capability
Technical credibility and understanding of modern software engineering environments
Experience balancing commercial growth, delivery and people leadership
An existing network within the UK technology ecosystem would be a strong advantage
