About the role

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for our clients in the area of controlling, applying your professional expertise
  • Design and execute controlling projects in group and subsidiary (participation) controlling
  • Prepare financial reports and projections, including budgets and forecasts
  • Collaborate with the team to develop innovative ideas and consulting solutions
  • Develop and implement effective internal control systems
  • Analyze financial data and provide actionable recommendations

Requirements

  • Initial or several years of professional experience in group/subsidiary controlling or in financial accounting/bookkeeping
  • Confident understanding of profit & loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow
  • Confident user of ERP systems and Excel
  • Experience in preparing financial reports, budgets and forecasts
  • Experience with BI systems is desirable
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Team player with strong communication skills and enjoyment of independent project work
  • Willingness to travel for projects (primarily within Northern Germany)
  • Fluent German and good English skills
