About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead production delivery from pre-production through handover with full ownership of scope, execution, and wrap
Build and manage realistic budgets with proper contingencies
Create and enforce achievable timelines, sign-offs, and feasibility checks
Lead on-set execution with calm authority and professional set culture
Manage Production Coordinators and raise production standards across projects
Protect quality through proactive planning and disciplined decision-making
Escalate risks early and prevent surprises for clients and internal teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

4 years+ experience in production or project ownership roles
Near-native English (written and spoken)
Proven ownership of budgets and timelines for photo and video productions
Extensive on-set experience across multiple productions
Cultural fluency and professionalism across Europe, US, Japan, and GCC
Unrestricted ability to travel internationally from Egypt
Confidence in professional pushback and boundary-setting
